The PC(U.S.A.) is a Reformed church of Jesus Christ that emphasizes the word of God and holds to the two sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. The leadership at all levels of the church is representative and elected, with both clergy and lay leadership. Both women and men hold all positions of leadership in the church.
