Middle School Youth
During the school year, a weekly program for students in grades 6, 7, and 8 is held each Tuesday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. Each week’s program includes supper in the Library ($6 per youth), fellowship, games, community building activities, and important discussions about values, self-esteem, relationships, and what it means to follow the way of Jesus. On the first Tuesday of each month, the students have the opportunity to enjoy gymnastics under the direction and supervision of Spotlight Gymnastics.
Senior High Youth Ministry
Our senior high youth meet every Monday night from 6:30 - 8 p.m. for supper, conversations with friends, discussions about moral, ethical, and justice issues, and games. One focus for our senior high group is service to others, and our youth group engages in several mission activities during the year and in the summer. In July 2009, some of our senior highs will travel to Siuna, Nicaragua to build smokeless wood stoves and latrines for families living in extreme poverty conditions. Thirty-seven students will participate in a summer mission trip to Walpole Island, Ontario, Canada which is home to three tribes of native North Americans.

Youth Ministry Activities
Both our middle school youth group and senior high youth group support local mission efforts such as the Midnight Run, the Christmas Tree Sale, and Camp VIVA reunions. Social activities planned for the year include a ski trip, a trip to an amusement park, and an overnight retreat at the Church.
Middle School and Senior High Church School Classes
We have one class for middle school students and one class for senior high students that meet on Sunday morning during the Church School hour for discussions about current issues and the Christian faith.
Confirmation Class
A class for 8th grade students who would like to commit to the joys and responsibilities of Church membership is held each year.
