From newborn to teenagers to adults, we care about the education, health and spiritual growth of all God's children!
For Babies and Toddlers
Each Sunday morning our Infant and Toddler Room is staffed by two adult women who provide high quality and loving care. Both employees work for the Huguenot Nursery School and are trained in early childhood development. They are also certified in CPR.
For Preschool and Elementary Children
Church School classes are held EVERY SUNDAY during worship during from September to the end of June. Children are included in the beginning of worship and then are dismissed with their teachers to their Church School classes following the “Children’s Moment.” In all grades, the curriculum is chosen to be both age-appropriate and engaging. In the Third Grade the children receive a gift Bible and spend the rest of the year learning how to use the Bible.
Enrichment Classes
Special enrichment classes are held for elementary children on Communion Sundays. The children learn about the sacrament of the Lord's Supper, seasons of the Church year and worship.
Children's Choirs
Through music children learn Bible truths and learn to praise God. They discover how they use their own abilities to enrich the worship experience for the congregation. A Children's Choir program for 4 year olds through Grade 3 is held on Thursday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. A Children's Handchime choir for Grade 3 - Grade 6 students is held on Tuesday afternoon from 5:30 - 6 p.m. Please see the Music Program area of the website for more details.
Church School Classes for Teens
Throughout the program year we have Sunday morning classes for middle school and high school students.
Adult Education
Adult education classes are held during the program year on Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 10:15 a.m.
